الملخص
يَشهَدُ العالم تطورا سريعا في آليات التقنيات والتواصل الحديثة المتنوعة في عصر العولمة مما أوجد ثقافات متنوعة أيضا بين الشعوب وظهر ما يسمى "بعولمة الثقافة" في جميع المجالات،وأصبح المجتمع الواحد متعددَ الثقافات، ومن هنا أُستهدِفَتْ المنظومة التعليمية في مناهجها وأصبحت في خطر،ولِإبعاده سارعت دول العالم إلى تغيير وتحديث مناهجها التعليمية للمحافظة على منظومتها التعليمية تماشيا والتطور العلمي الحاصل، والذي أصبح فيه البقاء للأعلم والأعرف. ومن هنا فالجزائر جزء من هذا المحيط الثقافي العالمي،لذا وجب علينا إعادة النظر في واقعنا التربوي والتعليمي والخروج بمقترحات وتوصيات عَلَّها تُؤسس لمنهج تعليمي ناجع يُخرجنَا من واقعنا التعليمي الحالي. Abstract: The world is witnessing a rapid development in the various mechanisms of modern technologies and communication in the era of globalization, which has created diverse cultures also among peoples, and the so-called “globalization of culture” has appeared in all fields, and one society has become multicultural, and from here the educational system has been targeted in its curricula and has become in danger, and to banish it The countries of the world hastened to change and update their educational curricula to preserve their educational system in line with the current scientific development, in which the most knowledgeable and the most knowledgeable have become. Hence, Algeria is part of this global cultural environment, so we must reconsider our educational and educational reality and come up with proposals and recommendations that may establish an effective educational curriculum that leads us out of our current educational reality.
