الملخص
ملخص: حظيت الديمقراطية باهتمام أكاديمي كبير خاصة خلال العقود الأخيرة، وتبدى ذلك في بناء مقاربات معرفية، سعت إلى تعميق مستويات التنظير بغرض فهم وتفسير الواقع، فضلا عن إمكانية استرشاد مؤسسات صنع القرار بالمنتج العلمي، ويعد التحول الديمقراطي أحد أبرز المراحل في عملية الدمقرطة، وعليه اجتهد الباحثون في محاولة ضبط مفاهيم خاصة به، وكذا مستويات ومؤشرات قياسه، وهذا هو موضوع هذه الورقة البحثية. Abstract: In recent decades, political science has received great academic attention, especially through building new cognitive approaches that sought to upgrade theorizing levels in order to understand and interpret reality, as well as the possibility for decision-making institutions to use the scientific product in formulating policies. Democratic transition is one of the most prominent stages in the democratization process, and accordingly researchers have worked hard to try to control its own concepts, as well as the levels and indicators of its measurement, and this is the subject of this research paper.
