جودة التواصل الزوجي لدى معلمات المدارس الابتدائية دراسة ميدانية لمقاطعة :حاسي الرمل- بليل – حاسي دلاعة بولاية الأغواط

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى جودة التواصل بين الزوجين لدى عينة من المعلمات بمقاطعة : حاسي الرمل، بليل، حاسي دلاعة بولاية الأغواط، ومدى تأثير الفروق في درجة جودة التواصل الزواجي لدى الأزواج تبعا لمتغيري(الجنس، ومدة الزواج). ولتحقيق أغراض البحث استعمل المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (136) فرد، بواقع (68) زوجة (68) زوج، أختيرت بطريقة قصدية وذلك حسب متغيرات الدراسة، وتم استخدام مقياس جودة التواصل بين الزوجين، الذي تم بناؤه في سنة (2014). وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات المتحصل عليها خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى جودة التواصل بين الزوجين لدى المعلمات كان متوسطا، وأنه توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجات مقياس جودة التواصل الزواجي تعزى لمتغير الجنس وكان الفرق لصالح الأزواج، في حين لايوجد تباين دال إحصائيا في درجات مقياس جودة التواصل الزواجي تبعا لمتغير (عدد سنوات الزواج). Abstract : a The study aimed to find out the level of the quality of communication between spouses among a sample of female teachers in the province of Hassi Rmel, Beilil, Hassi Delaa in the state of Laghouat, and the impact of differences in the degree of quality of marital communication among spouses according to the variables of gender, duration of marriage. To achieve the purposes of the research, the descriptive analytical method was used, and the study sample consisted of (136) individuals, with 68 wives and 68 husbands, chosen in an intentional manner, according to the study variables,The spousal communication scale,used was built by the researcher in (2014). The statistical data obtained from the study concluded that the level of the quality of communication between spouses among the female teachers was average, and that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of the marital communication quality scale due to the gender variable. The difference was in favor of the wives, while there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the marital communication quality scale depending on the For variables number of years of marriage.
