الملخص
Patrimonial treasure of built urbanism, religious, civil or defensive is considered a civic heritage for all what it includes as religious, urban and socio-cultural. Although the reality proved that the deterioration, degradation and mismanagement are the became of these archaeological monuments. After a review of the mechanisms of preservation and built patrimony, it turned out that they are not sufficient to ensure the preservation of the built patrimony. And it is more than necessary to think and to move towards true sustainability with strategic plans to preserve this civic heritage and developing it for knowledge, culture and tourism, becoming a historical landmark, cultural heritage and evolving economic resource.
