النخب السياسية والعمل الجمعوي دراسة ميدانية بمدينة الوادي الجزائر

الملخص
تناولت الدراسة الحالية النخبة السياسية والعمل الجمعوي التي تعرضت إلى التأويلات والتداخلات عبر الصياغة والطرح لتعزيز قيم أبعادها وعناصرها ،ولعل أبرز هؤلاء هي النخبة السياسية التي تقود عمليات التحول ومظاهر التنمية والاصلاح السياسي ضمن المشاركة مع باقي المؤسسات الدولة عبر استنادها إلى الهيمنة الانتخابية كأحد إفرازات الحداثة المجتمعية في أي دولة، لتطرح دراستنا السؤال الرئيسي التالي: ما هو دور النخب السياسية في العمل الجمعوي في مدينة الوادي ؟ واستنادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الملائم لمتغيرات الدراسة، التي استهدفت 541 منتخبا بولاية الوادي، معتمدين على استمارة لجمع البيانات والإحصائيات بعد دراسة خصائصها السيكومترية، وبعد رصد الدرجات ومعالجتها احصائيا حاولت الدراسة الإحاطة بأدوار النخبة السياسية في العمل الجمعوي بمدينة الوادي حيث فكت لُبس الاشكال وتوصلنا الى نتيجة مفادها ان : للنخبة السياسية في الجزائر دور فعال في العمل الجمعوي وتم تفسير ومناقشة النتائج في ضوء: المضمون النظري للدراسة، الفرضية والدراسات السابقة Abstract: The current study dealt with the political elite and associative work that were exposed to interpretations and overlaps through formulation and subtraction to enhance the values of its dimensions and elements, and perhaps the most prominent of these are the political elite that leads the processes of transformation and manifestations of development and political reform within participation with the rest of the state institutions through its reliance on electoral dominance as one of the byproducts of societal modernity in Which country, for our study to ask the following main question: What is the role of the political elites in the associative work in the city of the valley? And based on the appropriate descriptive analytical approach to the variables of the study, which targeted 541 teams in El-Wadi state, relying on a form to collect data and statistics after studying its psychometric properties, and after monitoring the scores and treating them statistically, the study tried to cover the roles of the political elite in the associative work in the city of El-Wadi, where it dispelled the confusion of forms and reached a conclusion to the effect that: The political elite in Algeria has an active role in associative work The results were interpreted and discussed in light of: the theoretical content of the study, the hypothesis and previous studies Keywords:; Political elites, collective action
