الملخص

موضوع المقال هو استنتاجات لما شهده العالم من تطوّرات غريبة بخصوص التّدخل في الشّؤون الدّاخلية للدّول، وتمييع المفهوم الأول الذي تمّ وضعه مع نهاية الحرب العالمية الثّانية، وتوصية الجمعٌية العامة رقم:2131 بتاريخ:21 ديسمبر 1965 المعنونة بإعلان عدم التّدخل فًي الشّؤون الدّاخلٌية للدّول وحماٌية استقلالها وسٌيادتها على تحرٌيم كلّ أشكال التّدخل، والمادة الثّانية من ميثاق الأمم المتّحدة وغيرها من المواثيق الدّولية. ومنه نتساءل، ما سبب هذا التّحول، وما خلفيته القانونية والسّياسية؟ وما هي الأسباب المعلنة وغير المعلنة للتّدخل في الشّؤون الدّاخلية للدّول، ثمّ ما الأساليب المستحدثة والمبتكرة المتعلّقة بالتّدخل في شؤون الدّول الدّاخلية؟ وما الحلول الكفيلة بالحدّ من التّدخل في الشّؤون الدّاخلية للدّول؟.
