تجويد التعليم الابتدائي في المدرسة الجزائرية من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
لقد عرفت المنظومة التربوية في الجزائر منذ 2003 إصلاحات شملت المناهج الدراسية وذلك بتبنيها للمقاربة بالكفاءات التي تركز على تجنيد المعارف بصفتها موارد لحل وضعيات مشكلة قريبة من وضعيات الحياة اليومية المعيشة، والتي تجعل المتعلم محور العملية التعليمية التعلمية ، ومع التطورات التي يعرفها العالم وفي جميع المجالات كان لزاماً مواكبة المستجدات الحاصلة في مختلف الميادين لذلك جاءت المناهج الجديدة(مناهج الجيل الثاني) التي تركز على البعد القيمي للمنهاج واضعة البنيوية الاجتماعية في صدارة الاستراتيجيات المنتهجة حتى يكون المتعلم في خضم التطورات قادراَ على مواجهة العالم الخارجي معتزاً بانتمائه وهويته الحضارية متفتحاً على الآخر بترسيخ القيم الوطنية والإنسانية وروح الحداثة والتنمية المستدامة محققا بذلك الغاية من الجهد التربوي وما ينتظره منه مجتمعه. Since 2003, the educational system in Algeria has witnessed reforms including the curricula by adopting the competency approach that focuses on recruiting knowledge as resources to solve problem situations close to the daily life situations which make the learner the central of the learning process, With Developments the world knows in all fields, it was neccessary to cope with these developments. As a result, new approaches (second generation curricula) came to existence. These approaches focus on the dimensional value of the curriculum putting the social structure at the forefront of the strategies adopted so that the learner in the midst of developments is able to confront the outside world with its belonging, cultural identity and open to the other by consolidating national and human values and the spirit of modernity and sustainable development to achieve that goal of the educational effort and society expectations.
