الثورة الرّقميّة والعمليّة التّعليميّة : تونس نموذجا

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام الفصول الافتراضيّة خلال جائحة كُورونا من وجهة نظر المعلّمين. واعتمدنا في ذلك على المنهجين الكمّي والكيفي ولتحليل النّتائج وقُمنا باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائيّة للعلوم الاجتماعيّة. وبَيّنت أبرز النتائج المتحصل عليها أن ضُعْف تكوين المعلِّمين وغياب التّخطيط الاستراتيجي للدّورات التّدريبيّة أدَّى إلى صعوبة توظيف الفصول الافتراضيّة في عمليّة التّعليم عن بعد، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن توظيف الفصول الافتراضيّة عن بعد واجه جملة من التّحدّيات من أهمّها عدم استعداد المعلِّمين لتوظيف هذه التّكنولوجيا وغياب الدّافعيّة لديهم وهو ما أدى إلى عدم التحقق التّام لعمليّة التّعليم عن بعد بالمدرسة التونسيّة خلال جائحة كُرونا. الكلمات المفاتيح: الثورة الرّقميّة، العمليّة التّعليميّة، التّعليم عن بعد، الفصول الافتراضية Title: The digital revolution and the educational process: The Tunisian school is a model Summary: This study aims to identify the reality of the use of virtual and its challenges during the emerging Corona epidemic from the point of view of teachers. We relied on both quantitative and qualitative approaches, and to analyze the results, we used and the S. P. S.S. The most prominent results obtained showed that the weakness of teacher training and the absence of strategic planning for training courses contributed to the failure of the process of effectively employing virtual classrooms in the distance education process. The results also indicated that employing virtual classrooms in the distance education process faced a number of difficulties, the most important of which was the lack of readiness Teachers to employ this technology and their lack of motivation, which led to the failure to achieve the process of distance. Key words: The digital revolution, the educational process, distance education, virtual classes.
