The Contribution Of Cultural Tourism To Achieving Sustainable Tourism Development In Algeria: Constantine Capital Of Arab Culture As A Model.

Abstract
This study came to highlight the way to achieve sustainable tourism development through cultural tourism, as well as the elements and obstacles of tourism in Algeria, with a focus on Constantine the capital of Arab culture, held in 2015. As well as discussing the results of this demonstration in comparison with the money that was spent on it. The study concluded that the demonstration, nearly six years after its end , had many positive effects on the City, but there are many drawbacks, most notably the waste of money in difficult financial circumstances that Algeria has gone through.
