الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة إشكالية الخلافة في الشركات العائلية، التي تعتبر من التحديات الكبيرة التي تواجه هذا النوع من الشركات مهددة بقائها بالانهيار. ويسلط البحث أيضا على الشركات العائلية كبناء اجتماعي يخضع لمسار معقد في توارث الملكية بين الأجيال. ويوضح أن هذا النوع من الشركات أحد المكونات الأساسية للنظام الاقتصادي في معظم دول العالم. وتوصل البحث إلى أهمية وجود تخطيط استراتيجي طويل المدى لنقل الخلافة للأجيال القادمة، مع وضع الآليات اللازمة للانتقال في الخلافة بين الأجيال مع تحديد القيم والمبادئ المهنية للشركة وضرورة تبني مفهوم الحوكمة لاستدامتها وحمايتها من الإنهيار.
