الملخص

- ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة وجهة نظر خريجي الجامعات الجزائرية حول مدى توافق مخرجات التكوين الجامعي بمتطلبات العمل في المؤسسات الاجتماعية، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتطبيق استبيان توافق مخرجات التكوين الجامعي بمتطلبات العمل في المؤسسات الاجتماعية، إعدد الباحث، على عينة من خريجي الجامعات الجزائرية الموظفين بقطاع التعليم العالي والتربية الوطنية قوامها(67) موظف وموظفة، بولاية برج بوعريريج، أظهرت النتائج ما يلي: - وجود توافق متوسط بين عملية التكوين الجامعي ومتطلبات المؤسسات الاجتماعية تقدر نسبته بـ(49,78%). - وجود توافق ضعيف بين مخرجات التكوين الجامعي ومتطلبات المؤسسات الاجتماعية تقدر نسبته بـ ،(60,44%). - وجود تنسيق وتعاون ضعيف بين الجامعة والمؤسسات الاجتماعية، تقدر نسبته بـ(54,87%). وفسرت النتائج حسب ما أسفر عنه التراث النظري والنظريات المفسرة والدراسات السابقة في الموضوع، وتوجت هذه الدراسة في الأخير بجملة من التوصيات والمقترحات. - الكلمات المفتاحية: التكوين الجامعي، متطلبات المؤسسات الاجتماعية، خريجي الجامعة. ترميز JEL : (وضع ترميز JEL إجباري) - Abstract: The present study aimed to know the opinion of Algerian universities graduates on the compatibility of the outputs of the university training with the requirements of the social institutions.By using the descriptive approach and applying the questionnaire of the outputs of the university training to the requirements of the social institutions prepared by the researchers on a sample composed of (67) graduates both males and females employed both in the higher education and education sectors , in the District of Bordj Bou Arreridj, the results showed the following: - There is an average correlation between the process of university training and the requirements of social institutions estimated at (49.78%) - The existence of a weak consensus between the outputs of university training and the requirements of social institutions estimated at (60.44%) -The existence of low coordination and cooperation between the university and social institutions, estimated at (54.87%) And interpreted the results, according to the outcome of the theoretical heritage and theories of explanatory and previous studies on the subject, and this study culminated in the last set of recommendations and proposals. - Keywords: University training, Requirements of social institutions, University graduates.
