الملخص
يعد التّراث الثّقافي امتداد الماضي في الحاضر، إذْ يعكس هوية الشعوب ويمثل مردوداً اقتصادياً واجتماعياً وسياسياً فاعلاً في المجتمعات الحاضرة، ما أدى إلى الحرص على حمايته من طرف مختلف التّشريعات القانونية الوطنية والدّولية خاصّة مع انتشار موجات العولمة الدّاعية إلى تبني نموذج الحداثة، لذلك تم استحداث آليات قانونية تسمح بمراقبة وحماية هذا الموروث الثقافي. cultural heritage is an extension of the past to the present ,It reflects the identity of peoples and represents an effective economic, social and political return in the present societies, Which led to the care to be protected by various national and international legal legislation , Especially with the spread of waves of globalization calling for adopting the model of modernity , Thus administrative control mechanisms have been introduced that allow for the automatic monitoring of this cultural heritage
