دراسة تقييمية لنظام التعليم العالي (ليسانس-ماستر- دكتوراه) - سبر لآراء عينة من الأساتذة-

الملخص
تضمنت هذه الدراسة تقييم لنظام التعليم العالي لسانس-ماستر-دكتوراه من ناحية النصوص القانونية، الامكانيات المطلوبة، التكوين، أداء أهم الأطراف ذات المصلحة، وأهم التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق هذا النظام، لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم سبر آراء عينة من الأساتذة في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير، وتم التوصل إلى أن أهم المعوقات التي تواجه تطبيق نظام لسانس-ماستر-دكتوراه هي: غياب إرادة سياسية حقيقية لإصلاح التعليم العالي، عدم التوافق بين طبيعة الجامعات الجزائرية ومتطلبات تطبيق النظام ، ضعف المخصصات المالية لقطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وأيضا الحوكمة غير الرشيدة. The study included an evaluation of the higher education system, the Bachelor -Master-PhD in terms of the legal texts, the required abilities, training, the performance of the main stakeholders, and the most important challenges facing the implementation of this system. To achieve the aim of the study a sample of professors from the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Setif-1- has been through surveyed. The study found that the most important obstacles facing the application of the Bachelor-Master-PhD system are: the absence of a real political will to reform higher education, the mismatch between the nature of Algerian universities and the requirements for implementing this system, the weak financial allocations for the higher education sector and scientific research, as well as poor governance.
