سياق الواقع الاجتماعي وأثره في تغيّر الحكم الشرعي عند عمر بن الخطاب

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى بيان جانب من جوانب اللّسانيات الاجتماعية التي تدرس الكلام في علاقته بالسّياق التّواصلي الاجتماعي.فالنّص القرآنيّ يتأثّر دلاليا بما كان من المتلقّي من واقع اجتماعي معيش. فقد أثّر الواقع الاجتماعي في فهم عمر بن الخطاب للنّص القرآنيّ، وتغيير حكمه الشّرعيّ من حين إلى آخر.ففي قضايا كثيرة، كان الواقع الاجتماعي والمصلحة الاجتماعية الجانب المعتمد في فهمها وترجيحها. the study aims to highlight an aspect from the aspects of linguistics. that studies the speech relatively with the social communicative context. Quranic text is affected significantly by the social lived reality of the recipient as Omar Ben El khatab 's social reality did in his realizing to the quranic text, furthermore changing Islamic rules from time to time. In many issues , the understanding and disposition depend on the social reality and interest.
