وسائل الاتصال الحديثة تكريس للعزلة النفسية والاجتماعية

الملخص
ملخص: إن جملة من الدراسات العلمية في مجال الاعلام والاتصال أثبتت بأن وسائل الاتصال الحديثة وعلى رأسها الانترنيت بتطبيقاتها المختلفة عززت أكثر من جملة من المشاعر السلبية كالوحدة النفسية والعزلة الاجتماعية وذلك نتيجة استبدال الاتصال والتفاعل المباشر باستخدام تلك الوسائل التي باتت حتمية تكنولوجية وليس خيارا فرديا، فهي بدلا من أن تقرب بين الأفراد عملت على ابعادهم وتشتيتهم أكثر عن المحيطين بهم، وقد عملت هذه الوسائل على مستووين: الأول يتمثل في الفئة المنعزلة نفسيا واجتماعيا، فبقدر ما سهلت عليهم اندماجهم إلا أنها زادتهم انعزالا ماديا. أما الثاني فيتمثل في أنها عملت على عزل الفئة السوية والتقليل تفاعلها الاجتماعي المباشر. غير أنه لا أحد ينكر الدور الكبير والتسهيلات التي استفادت منها البشرية بسبب هذا الاستخدام إلا أن الرهان الأكبر يتمحور حول كيفية ترشيد استخدام مثل هذه الوسائل. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإنترنيت، الهاتف النقال، مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، العزلة الاجتماعية، الوحدة النفسية. Abstract: A group of scientific studies in the field of media and communication have proved that modern means of communication, especially the Internet and its various applications, have strengthened a set of negative emotions such as psychological loneliness and social isolation. It is due to replacing direct contact and interaction by the use of those means, which become a technological imperative rather than an individual choice, Modern means of communication distracted people from each other instead of bringing them closer together. There are two levels of effect: The first level is represented by the psychologically and socially isolated group; as much as their integration had been made easier for them, financial isolation had increased. The second level is that it worked on isolating the normal category and reducing its direct social interaction. It is true that no one can deny the important role and facilities that humanity has benefited from, due to the use of modern means of communication. However, the most crucial issue of the day is how to rationalise the use of such means of communication. Keywords: Internet, mobile phone, social media, social isolation, psychological loneliness.
