الملخص
تراجعت أهمية الاقتصاد المادي عند بزوغ الاقتصاد غير المادي الذي يتمحور حول الأنشطة التي تعتمد على الجهد العقلي و يرتكز على الاستثمار في التعليم، التكوين، البحث والتطوير، التنظيم و تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات . المصادر التوثيقية المطلع عليها بينت أن الاهتمام باشكالية الاقتصاد غير المادي سجل تطورا محسوسا في الدول المتقدمة التي أكدت في أكثر من مشروع على أنها مسؤولة عن جانب مهم من هذا التطور، لكن الدول السائرة في طريق النمو لم تسجل هذا التطور.الجزائر من بين هذه الدول تسعى للولوج الى الاقتصاد غير المادي لكن نجاحها يتطلب العديد من الشروط وهو السؤال الذي تتمحور حوله اشكاليتنا التالية : ماهي شروط البيئة المساعدة للولوج الى الاقتصاد غير المادي في الجزائر؟ دراستنا لوضعية القطاع اللامادي في الجزائر من خلال بعض المؤشرات بينت أن الجزائر حققت ولوجا نسبيا الى الاقتصاد غير المادي وأن تحقيقها للولوج المستهدف يستدعي توفر شروط للبيئة المساعدة على ذلك. Abstract: The importance of physical economy decreased when the intangible economy, the latter centered around the activities of the mental effort and is based on the investment in education, training, research and development, information and communication technology. Documented sources indicate that the problematic of intangible economy has seen noticeable development in developed countries, but developing countries did not pay much attention to this economy, and Algeria is one of these countries that are seeking to switch in to intangible economy but its success requires many conditions. It is a question which is centered around the following dilemma: what are the environmental conditions that help to access the intangible economy in Algeria? Our study of the status of immaterial sector in Algeria Through some indicators, that show that Algeria has achieved relative access to the intangible economy, and to achieve the target Requires environmental conditions.
