واقع التكوين للأساتذة الناجحين في مسابقة التوظيف لسنة 2019-2020-دراسة ميدانية بمدينة عنابة.

الملخص
يعتبر الأستاذ المتربص في العملية التكوينية التربوية المحور الأساسي، تهدف الدراسة بالنهوض بمستوى التعليم و التعلم و تحسينه ,.وذلك بتوفير له مؤطرين ذوي كفاءات عالية يصهرون على تسيير بيداغوجي صارم للنشاطات و البحث عن طرائق و وسائل تضمن مردودا نوعيا. ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على استبيان يضم ثلاثة محاور، المحور الأول يتعلق بمجال المعرفة المهنية، والمحور الثاني يتعلق بمجال الممارسة العلمية، والمحور الثالث يتعلق بمجال المشاركة المهنية، قامت الباحثة تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة والبالغ عددها 43 متربص، ومن خلال التحليل الإحصائي أسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن ملمح المؤطر لا ينطبق مع مسار التكوين وليس لديه الكفاءات المطلوبة و بعيد عن الأهداف المرجو الوصول إليها و التي تصبو إليها وزارة التربية الوطنية ،فالمحور الأول ب 97،67% والمتوسط الحسابي ب 1,02 و المحور الثاني و الثالث ب 100% والمتوسط الحسابي ب 1 أما النتائج العامة للدراسة فكانت ب 99,22% و المتوسط الحسابي ب 1،03. The formation of teachers is considered one of the objectives of implementing the reform of the education.. The good performance of the teacher is one of the most fundamental principles sought by education ,for the success of the formation process the questionnaire consisting of three axis; the first axis concerns the area of professional knowledge, the second is related to the field of scientific practice, and the third is related to the field of professional participation the researcher has applied this on the study sample numbered 43 people on-probation, the results of the study showed that the framing feature does not apply to the training course and does not have the required competencies, and away from the desired goals Training - Employment Contest.the Ministry of Education aspires to. The first axis is 97,67% and the arithmetic average is 1,02.The second and the third axis is 100% and the arithmetic average is 01.The general results of the study were 99,22% and the arithmetic average is 1,03 …………….. Le rôle de formateur est primordial dans le processus d’apprentissage, De ce fait priorité est donnée à la formation des formateurs seul garant d’une acquisition de compétences assurant ainsi un enseignement susceptible d’atteindre les objectifs fixés, nous avons adopté un questionnaire qui comporte trois axes : - le savoir académique – la participation active et le savoir-faire. Les résultats se présentent ainsi : Sur les 43 enseignants en formation ayant répondus .Nous avons tiré les conclusions suivantes : le profil des encadreurs ne correspond pas aux exigences de cette formation, ne possèdent pas les compétences requises permettant d’atteindre les objectifs assignés par le ministère pour le premier axe nous avons relevé un taux de 97.67% et une moyenne arithmétique de 1.02, pour le second et le troisième axe le taux est de 100 % avec une moyenne arithmétique de 1.00 quant au taux général est de 99.22 % avec une moyenne arithmétique de 1,03 ……………..
