الملخص

ملخص: نهدف في هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور التمويل الأصغر في تحقيق الشمول المالي، من خلال الإحاطة بالإطار المفاهيمي لكل من التمويل الأصغر والشمول المالي، ثم التركيز على دراسة حالة الأردن في هذا المجال، بالتطرق إلى مضمون الاستراتيجية الوطنية للشمول المالي (2018-2020) وواقع نشاط التمويل الأصغر فيه، وكيف ساهم في تعزيز مؤشرات الشمول المالي في الأردن، وقد توصلنا إلى وجود تطور إيجابي لهذا النشاط من حيث عدد العملاء والقروض النشطة وحجم المحفظة الاقراضية، ما ساهم بشكل إيجابي في رفع مؤشرات الشمول المالي من حيث ملكية الحسابات وتقليص الفروق بين الجنسين، وتحسين ظروف الأفراد العاملين في المناطق الريفية وتحويلهم إلى قوة منتجة تعتمد على ذاتها وتساهم في دعم مجتمعها، بما يتوافق والأهداف المسطرة في الاستراتيجية الوطنية للشمول المالي في الأردن. Abstract: In this study, we aim to demonstrate the role of microfinance in achieving financial inclusion, by taking note of the conceptual framework for both microfinance and financial inclusion, and then focusing on the case study of Jordan in this field, by addressing the content of the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion (2018-2020) and the reality of financing activity, and we have found a positive development for this activity in terms of the number of clients, active loans, and the size of the loan portfolio, which positively contributed to raising the indicators of financial inclusion in terms of account ownership, reducing gender differences, and improving financial inclusion indicators, The conditions of individuals working in rural areas and their transformation into a productive force that relies on itself and contributes to the support of its society, in line with the objectives outlined in the national strategy for financial inclusion in Jordan
