أثر الابتكار على مردودية المشاريع الفلاحية دراسة حالة شعبة تربية النحل بمنطقة الشرق الجزائري

الملخص
الملخص: استهدفت الدراسة تبيان تأثير الابتكار على مردودية مشاريع تربية النحل كإحدى الشعب الفلاحية الهامة بمنطقة الشرق الجزائري، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتغطية الجانب النظري للدراسة المتمثل في مفهومي المردودية و الابتكار وتطبيقاته في قطاع الفلاحة، وفي الجانب التطبيقي على عينة تتكون من 43 مربي النحل باستخدام الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وتحليلها بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي 20 spss . وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى تبني غالبية عينة الدراسة للابتكار كما توصلت إلى وجود تأثير إيجابي قوي للابتكار بكل أصنافه على مردودية مشاريع تربية النحل بالمنطقة موضوع الدراسة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة مشاركة المعلومات والخبرات بين المزارعين، المربين ومراكز البحث ومكاتب الإرشاد الفلاحي لدعم طرق الإنتاج والتسيير المبتكرة بهدف تحقيق عوائد مجزية من جهة وتلبية احتياجات المواطنين بمنتجات ذات جودة وقيمة غذائية عالية من جهة أخرى. Abstract The study aimed to show innovation’s impact on the rentability of beekeeping projects as an important agricultural division in the eastern Algerian region, relying on the descriptive analytical approach to cover the theoretical aspect of the study represented in the concepts of innovation and rentability, and innovation’s applications in the agricultural sector. On the applied side we had a sample consisting of 43 beekeepers Using a questionnaire to collect and analyze data using the statistical program spss 20. The study concluded that the majority of the study sample adopted innovation, and found a positive impact of innovation of all kinds on beekeeping projects’ rentability in the region under study. The study recommended the need to share information and experiences between farmers, breeders, research centers and agricultural extension offices to support innovative production and management methods in order to achieve Rewarding returns, and meeting the needs of citizens with products of high quality.
