التحول الرقمي في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 من منظور الأنثروبولوجيا الرقمية

الملخص
الملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى مساءلة أحد الظواهر التي تجلت بوضوح في ظل جائحة كوفيد 19 وهي ظاهرة التحول الرقمي، فتحت ضغط الجائحة وبسبب الحجر الصحي وفي ظل توقف عجلة الاقتصاد والتجارة والمال تقريبا، توجه الجميع حكومات ومؤسسات وأفراد إلى التقنيات الرقمية لتخفيف وطأة الحجر وتجاوز صعوباته، وتم الاعتماد بشكل كبير على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمنصات الرقمية من أجل إبقاء حبل التواصل ممكنا بين الناس وممارسة العمل والعمليات التجارية عن بعد. ورغم الانتشار الواسع لهذا التحول ووصوله لفئات جديدة تماما ودخوله لقطاعات كانت بعيدة عنه تماما، فقد تميز بأنه تحول فجائي وارتجالي وعشوائي وغير مخطط له وهو ما جعله تحولا منقوصا وغير قادر على تحقيق الفوائد المرجوة منه خاصة في بلدان العالم النامي ومنها الجزائر، وقد استعنا بمفاهيم ومناهج الأنثروبولوجيا الرقمية باعتبارها التخصص الأكثر قدرة على تحليل هذه الظاهرة وفهمها. Abstract : This study seeks to question one of the phenomena that was clearly manifested in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic, which is the phenomenon of digital transformation, under the pressure of the pandemic and due to the quarantine, and in light of the almost halting of the wheel of economy, trade and money, all governments, institutions and individuals turned to digital technologies to alleviate the impact of the stone and overcome its difficulties. Relying heavily on social media and digital platforms in order to keep the rope of communication possible between people and the practice of work and commercial operations remotely. Despite the wide spread of this transformation and its arrival to completely new categories such and its entry into sectors that were completely far from it, it was sudden, improvised and unplanned transformation, which made it an incomplete transformation and unable to achieve the desired benefits, especially in the developing countries, including Algeria. We have used the concepts and methods of digital anthropology as the discipline most able to analyze and understand this phenomenon.
