دور التحول الرقمي في التخفيف من تداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19، وتحقيق الإنعاش الاقتصادي المنشود-دراسة حالة الجزائر.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التداعيات والآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والصحية لجائحة فيروس كورونا كوفيد-19 في الجزائر، وإبراز دور التحول الرقمي في التخفيف من الآثار السلبية للجائحة وتحقيق الإنعاش الاقتصادي المنشود. وللإلمام بالموضوع والإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة، تم التطرق من خلال ثلاثة محاور إلى: المفاهيم الأساسية للتحول الرقمي، ومن ثم تشخيص تداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19 في الجزائر، وأخيرا إبراز دور ومساهمة التحول الرقمي في تحقيق الإنعاش الاقتصادي والتخفيف من آثار الجائحة في الجزائر. وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن جائحة كوفيد-19 أنتجت تداعيات وآثار سلبية في الجزائر ومست عدة قطاعات حيوية، كما توصلت الدراسة لتوفر الجزائر على مقومات النجاح في تجسيد التحول الرقمي، وبالتالي الإسهام في الإنعاش الاقتصادي والاجتماعي المنشود، والتخفيف من تداعيات جائحة كوفيد-19. This study aims to shed light on the economic, social and health repercussions and impacts of the Coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic in Algeria, and to highlight the role of digital transformation in mitigating the negative effects of the pandemic and achieving the desired economic recovery. In order to be familiar with the topic and answer the problem of the study, three axes were addressed: the basic concepts of digital transformation, then diagnosing the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic in Algeria, and finally highlighting the role and contribution of digital transformation in achieving economic revitalization and mitigating the effects of the pandemic in Algeria. The results of the study concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic produced negative repercussions and effects in Algeria and affected several vital sectors, and the study also found that Algeria has the ingredients for success in embodying digital transformation, and thus contribute to the desired economic and social revitalization, and mitigate the repercussions of the Covid-19 pandemic
