التطور التاريخي للعلاقات الدولية جنوب-جنوب

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تتبع المسيرة التاريخية للعلاقات الدولية جنوب-جنوب بإعتبارها خيارا استرتجيا انتهجته الدول النامية كخطوة أساسية لتعزيز إستقلالها السياسي ،ومن جهة أخرى للخروج من التبعية ،وكذا إقامة نوع من التوازن في علاقتها مع الدول الغربية ،بحيث قمنا بدراسة هذا الموضوع من خلال محوريين تعرضنا في المحور الأول لدور الذي لعبته الهيئات الدولية المتمثل في تنسيق جهودها من أجل تدعيم التعاون بين بلدان الجنوب عبر سلسلة من المؤتمرات واللقاءات الدولية .أما في المحور التاني فقد رأينا وضع هذه الدول في الساحة الدولية وماآلت إليه خصوصا وان هناك بعض الدول تحاول ان تخلق واقع جديد في النظام الدولي. وأخيرا استنتجنا ان العلاقات الدولية بين الدول النامية تمثل محورا استرتجيا وآلية لتعزيز الحوار والتضامن فيما بينها. The aim of this research paper is to track the historical development of the international relationships of the south-south projectadopted by the developing countries tostrengthen their politicsand to become free from subordination, therefore, creating a balance in its relationships to western countries. This study is divided into twoparts. In the first part, the researcher stressed the role of international bodies that coordinate together to promote cooperation between southern countries through international meetings. Then, in the second part, we assessed the situation of these countries within the international arena and its future status especially that some countries tend to create a new reality in the international system. Eventually, we concluded that international relations between developing countries represent a strategic axis to enhance dialogue and cooperation between them.
