الملخص
ملخص: تعرف ظاهرة حوادث المرور بالجزائر تعاظما في عددها، وتغييرا في السلوك القيادي للجيل الجديد من السائقين مما جعل الحظيرة الوطنية تشهد مجموعة من المشكلات المتداخلة يعتبر فيها العامل البشري العنصر الأول لهذه الحوادث، وأخطرها الحوادث التي تكون وراء تسجيل حالات من الوفيات والتي بلغت في السنوات الأخيرة معدلا مذهلا، مما شكل خطرا على الأرواح والممتلكات مما يستدعي دراستها من جميع جوانبها ورسم الاستراتيجيات الكفيلة بتكوين سائقين على قدر الحال من الثقافة المرورية. وهذا لا يتأتى إلا بالاستثمار في العنصر البشري وتكوينه القيادة الصحيحة، محاولين من خلال هذا البحث المتواضع لفت الانتباه إلى الظاهرة وخطورتها، وأن عدم كفاية التحليلات العميقة للظاهرة يؤدي إلى عدم وجود رؤية عالمية للمشكلة تجعل من الممكن فهم أسباب حوادث الطرق وآثارها ووسائل مكافحتها بشكل أفضل. Abstract: Traffic accidents in Algeria are known to increase in number, change in leading behaviour of new generation drivers, which made the national shed witness a series of overlapping problems in which human factor is considered the first element of these accidents, the most serious of which is the accidents that cause deaths, which in recent years have reached an amazing rate. This has created a danger to lives and property, and requires studying them in all their aspects and devising strategies to create drivers of a similar degree of traffic culture. This can only be achieved by investing in the human element and its proper leadership composition, trying through this modest research to draw attention to the phenomenon and its gravity. The inadequacy of the in-depth analysis of the phenomenon leads to a lack of a global vision of the problem that makes it possible to better understand the causes, effects and means of combating road accidents.
