المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية والصناعة المعجميّة -بين الواقع والمأمول-

الملخص
ملخص: أولت الجزائر عناية كبيرة بلغة القرآن، فوضعت مؤسسات خاصة للعناية باللغة العربية من أجل تطويرها والارتقاء بها، بُغية الوصول بها إلى العالمية، وكخير تجسيد لما سبق، تم تأسيس المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية والذي يُعدّ أعلى سلطة سياسية لغوية في البلاد، يتمحور اهتمامه حول اللغة العربية، فانشغل بجُلِّ قضاياها، من بينها "الصناعة المعجمية"، ولهذا ارتأينا تسليط الضوء على منجزات المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية في مجال الصناعة المعجمية، من أجل عرض حقيقة وواقع هذه الأعمال، والكشف عمّا يُؤْمَلُ منها، ووفق ما سبق عمدنا تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة وفصلين؛ أضاء أولهما على مفاهيم نظرية حول المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية وأيضا الصناعة المعجمية، أما ثانيها فخصصناه للحديث عن أعمال المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية في مجال الصناعة المعجمية بين الواقع والمأمول، وختمنا عرضنا بخاتمة تضم أهم نتائج البحث. وكان هذا العرض إجابة عن الإشكالية التالية: ما هي الجهود المبذولة من طرف المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية في مجال الصناعة المعجمية؟ وما المنتظر من المجلس في هذا المجال من أجل النهوض بهذا القطاع؟ Abstract: Algeria has devoted great attention to the language of the Koran. It has established special institutions for the care of the Arabic language in order to develop and upgrade the Arabic language in order to bring it to universality. As a good reflection of the above, the Supreme Council for the Arabic Language, the highest linguistic political authority in the country, has been established focused on the Arabic language, was busy with all its issues, including "lexical industry", and therefore we decided to highlight the achievements of the Supreme Council of The Arabic Language in the field of lexical industry, in order to present the reality and reality of these works, and to reveal According to the above, we divided the research into an introduction and two chapters, the first of which illuminated theoretical concepts about the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language as well as the lexical industry, and the second was devoted to talking about the work of the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language in the field of lexical industry between reality and hope, and we concluded our presentation with a conclusion containing the most important results of the research. This presentation was an answer to the following problem: what efforts have been made by the Supreme Council of the Arabic Language in the field of lexical industry? What is expected of the Council in this area in order to promote this sector?
