حرية التعبير كذريعة للإساءة إلى الأديان

الملخص
ملخص: إن الإساءة إلى الأديان تحت غطاء حرية الرأي والتعبير تحرض على الكراهية الدينية وتدحض الجهود الدولية الرامية إلى تضييق الهوة بين الشعوب والأمم على مختلف انتماءاتهم العقائدية، ويساهم في تنمي ظاهرة العنف باسم الدين، التي تكون نتيجتها الحتمية صدام الحضارات. لقد أصبح من الضروري المطالبة بعدم تجاهل الحساسيات الثقافية أو الإجتماعية أو الدينية التي تؤدي إلى التمييز على أساس الدين والعرق، وذلك بهدف تعزيز التعايش السلمي الذي تنشده جميع الشعوب، فالمحافظة على حقوق الإنسان التي اكتسبت نتيجة لكفاح الشعوب عبر العصور يجب أن لا تُهدر بسبب تغَذِّي حرية على حرية أخرى. فحرية التعبير عن الرأي يعتبرها الكثير من الفقهاء أم الحريات التي يجب ضبطها حتى لا يساء استخدامها. Abstract: Insulting to religions under the guise of freedom of opinion and expression incites religious hatred and refutes international efforts which aim at narrowing the gap between peoples and nations of all faiths. Moreover, it contributes to the development of the phenomenon of violence in the name of religion, whose inevitable result is a clash of civilizations. In fact, it has become necessary to demand that cultural, social or religious sensitivities that lead to discrimination on the basis of religion and race must not be ignored with the aim of promoting peaceful coexistence that all nations seek to achieve. Preserving the human rights that have been acquired as a result of peoples' struggle through the ages must not be taken for granted. Last but not least, it can be said that according to many jurists, freedom of expression is considered as the mother of freedom that must be controlled so as not to be misused.
