الملخص
نسعى في هذه الورقة البحثية التي ألقيناها في ندوة الأوبئة والأمراض في الجزائر وبلاد المغارب (14-19م) التي نظمها مختبر دراسات الفكر الإسلامي جامعة سيدي بلعباس في الجزائر في 22 أبريل2020 إلى تسليط الضوء على وباء الطاعون الذي ضرب العالم منتصف القرن الثامن الهجري ولم يستثني حوض البحر الابيض المتوسط ومن بينها دول الغرب الإسلامي، حيث كان وباءا عاما وخسائره تعدت حدود العوائد كما ذكر ذلك ابن خلدون الذي يعتبر شاهد عيان، وتأتي هذه المقاربة التاريخية في ظل ما يشهده العالم من انتشار فيروس مستجد أطلق عليه كورونا أو كوفيد 19، في نهاية سنة 2019 وبداية 2020، والذي لم يشهده العالم مثله حيث لم يعثر على دواء له لحد الساعة، وتم فرض الحجر الصحي على مختلف شعوب العالم ، وتوقفت عجلة الاقتصاد والحركة الاجتماعية بين مختلف البلدان منذ منتصف شهر مارس الماضي بل وحتى داخل البلد الواحد، ولاشك أن المقاربة التاريخية والنظر في تاريخ المنطقة والعالم عن أنواع الأوبئة والطواعين التي ظهرت يعتبر بادرة طيبة تحسب للجهة المنظمة، إذ الهدف هو محاولة استجلاء هاته الأوبئة وردود أفعال المجتمعات حيالها ، فضلا عما خلفته من خسائر بشرية واقتصادية. In this scientific paper, an attempt will be made to shed some light on the issue of the black plague that hit the World, the Islamic West and Morocco in the middle of the 8th century 749, 1350 AD. This will be done at the level of the concept and the demographic losses left behind. Our aim is to evoke the history of the epidemics that hit Morocco to understand the pandemic that is ravaging the world these days. The epidemic or pandemic of Corona the world wasexposed to at the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 is considered to be one of its manifestations.This virus is one of the most serious epidemics humanity has known in its contemporary history. It pushed the world into economic contraction and imposed quarantine on people. Morocco, of course, is no exception. Therefore, we tried to detect some of the behaviors of the people and the losses, economic stagnation and social solidarity like what is happening now with the Corona epidemic. I hope that I have been successful in tackling the issue of Corona epidemicby adopting history and my personal approach mentality of society given the new lifestyles that have emerged in harmony with quarantine conditions.In general, the attempt to understand the emerging epidemics by invoking history remains necessary because history is an experimental pot, and the black plague was a good example since it seemed to beresounding and it caused large human losses, economic stagnation and social solidarity like what is happening now with the Corona epidemic. I hope that I have been successful in tackling the issue of Corona epidemicby adopting history and my personal approach
