Abstract

The mineral additives and additives are introduced into the concrete to improve their rheological behavior in the fresh state, and their mechanical properties and durability in the cured state. In this study two sets of tests were conducted on self-placing pastes composed with marble waste as a mineral addition. The first series consists in determining the spreading of this pasta with the mini-cone; the second series consists in determining their shear threshold using the HAAKE RHEOSTRESS 1 rheometer. A correlation between the results obtained on the results of spreading and those of the shear threshold, for the various compositions considering the influence of the super plasticizer and a viscosity agent is sought.
