الملخص
شكلت الدراسات الإقليمية محور اهتمام كل من باري بوزان وأول ويفر حيث تعد دراساتهم المعنونة ب"الشعوب الخوف و الدولة" إضافة إلى "القوى والأقاليم" سنة 2003 أهم الاسهامات النظرية التي طورت مفهوم الأمن الإقليمي وطرحت فيه مفهوم "مركب الأمن الإقليمي الذي يرتبط فيه أمن مجموعة من الدول ببعضها البعض يتعذر تحقيق أمن أي عضو فيه خارج النظام الإقليمي،كما يقوم الطرح النظري الذي أسسه الباحثان على مبدأ أساسي يتمثل في اعتبار الأمن الإقليمي ظاهرة علائقية،مايعكس عدم قدرة أي وحدة تحقيق أمنها بعيدا عن محيطها الإقليمي ،وهذا ما يشكل لنا ما يعرف بالاعتماد الأمني المتبادل في ظل ارتفاع مستوى التهديد والخوف الذي يشعر به بشكل متبادل أطراف المركب الاقليمي. One of the Barry Buzan and Awal weaver main focus is the regional studies, as the ones entitled « people, Fear and State », along with «Power and Territories) issued in 2003 and both presented as the most important theoretical contributions that developed the concept of «the regional security », and put forward the concept of the complex regional security, which means that in a security of a group of states, a security of one state alone is impossible to achieve out of the regional security order, in addition to that, the theoretical assumption that both scientists founded stands upon a fundamental principle that stands for considering the regional security as a relational phenomenon, wich means that one entity alone is unable to achieve its security away from its neighbouring one, which presents for us the mutual security dependency in light of the increasing level of threat and fear felt mutually by the complex regional units
