الملخص
ملخّص: من خلال تتبع واستقراء كتب الفقه يلاحظ أن الألفاظ التي استعملها الفقهاء للدلالة على الكراهة واصطلحوا عليها تزيد على الألفاظ الواردة في النصوص الشرعية القرآن والسنة، وأن الفقهاء قد اتفقوا في بعض الإطلاقات، واختلفوا في بعضها الآخر، كما يلاحظ أن النقول قد تعددت عن أئمة المذاهب فيما روي عنهم من الكراهات الصريحة بلفظ " أكره " وما اشتق منه، وأن أتباع المذاهب قد اختلفوا في توجيه هذه المصطلحات وبيان مدلولاتها والمراد منها في مواضع كثيرة، إن كان هو التحريم، أو التنزيه، أو غير ذلك. Abstract By tracking and extrapolating the books of jurisprudence, it is noticed that the terms used by the jurists to denote hatred and termed it exceeds the expressions contained in the legal texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah, and that the jurists have agreed on some releases, and differed in some others. It is also noticed that the narrations have varied on the authority of the imams of sects regarding the explicit hatreds narrated from them with the word “I hate” and what was derived from it, and that the followers of the sects have differed in directing these terms and their meanings and what is meant by them in many places, and to uncover what is meant by it, whether it is forbidden, offensive, or otherwise
