الملخص
ملخص: تهتم هذه الدراسة بتسليط الضوء على المفطرات عند المذاهب الأربعة، وذلك لما ينشأ عن الجهل بالمفطرات عند الآخر من رميه بالفسوق والتساهل في الصوم الذي هو ثالث أركان الدين، لاسيما مع ديناميكية العصر، واختلاط المذاهب في القطر الوحد، كما تحاول بيان سبب الاخلاف حتى تتوصل إلى الترجيح، لاسيما في عصرنا الذي تطورت فيه المعارف خصوصا في مجال الطب، والذي كان أغلب أموره غائبا عن فقهائنا، أو لهم به معرفة سطحية، لا سيما أن بعض المفطرات كان الاختلاف فيها ناتجا عن مدى تصورهم لها، وهل وصلت للجوف أم لا؟ كما حاولت الدراسة الترجيح انطلاقا من اتباع الدليل، أو بالأخذ يالاحتياط في أمور الدين، لأنه أصل متبع. تصنيفات: المفطرات؛ الكفارة؛ المذاهب الأربعة؛ الصوم؛ الاختلاف. Abstract: This study is interested in shedding light on the things that violate the fast of Ramadhan according to the four schools of jurisprudence. The study aims to address issues such as what arises from ignorance of the things that break the fast, which on occasions, lead to accusing others of being impious and lenient with fasting, which is the second pillar of religion. Clarifying this issue is an urgent matter due to the dynamics of our time and the mixing of doctrines within one country. This research investigates the differences between the four schools in matters related to what violates fasting. By doing this, the study aims to arrive at and clarify a preference that can settle these differences. I will use the recent medical development to back up my findings. This medical knowledge was not available to jurists at the time of issuing most of these laws and Fatwas. The key differences were related to issues such as if the things have reached the abdomen or not. These issues can be easily addressed and identified by science today. The study used preference based on following the evidence or taking precautions in matters of religion because it is a followed principle.
