الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة الكوفيد-19 في الجامعات الجزائرية، وقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بتطبيق استبيان تم توزيعه إلكترونيا على عينة قدرها 894 طالب جامعي، حيث توصلت النتائج إلى أنه رغم أن وزارة التعليم العالي رغم توفيرها لجميع الطرق والوسائل الخاصة بالتعليم عن بعد إلا أن نتائج هاته الدراسة أظهرت أن التجربة تواجهت مع عدة معوقات وصعوبات تخص الطالب من جهة، و الأستاذ من جهة أخرى التي لم تترك الهدف يتحقق 100%، كما هو معمول به في الدول المتقدمة، كما بينت النتائج أيضا أن الجامعات الجزائرية لم تطرح الكثير من الأنواع للتدريس عن بعد مثل التدريس عبر برنامج (zoom وGoogle Meet) بل اكتفت أيضا هي بطرح المنصة التعليمية التي كانت حسب أراء الطلبة أنه من الصعب الولوج لها لتحميل الدروس لوجود عدة معوقات واجهتهم في ذلك، وتلخصت التجربة بأنها لم تكن فعالة ولم تسر في مسارها الحقيقي بل أخذت اتجاه التعليم الذاتي في الأخير. The study aims to shed light on the reality of distance education in light of the Covid-19 pandemic in Algerian universities. Researchers have used the descriptive-analytical method by applying a questionnaire that was distributed electronically to a sample of 894 university students. For all the methods and means of distance education, except that the results of this study showed that the experiment faced several obstacles and difficulties related to the student on a hand, and the professor on the other hand, which did not allow the goal to be totally achieved as it is the case in developed countries. In addition, the results showed that Algerian universities did not offer many options of distance teaching, such as teaching through the popular platforms(zoom and Google Meet), however they just contented themselves with presenting the platform with no further instructions about how to use it, which according to the students ’opinions, was time-consuming, students encountered several obstacles accessing or downloading lessons, As a result the experience was summed up that online teaching in Algerian universites was ineffective, rather it was often replaced by self-education by many students in the end.
