Quand Le Brouillon Devient Fonctionnel : Vers Une Instrumentalisation Des écrits Des étudiants En Contexte Universitaire Algérien.

Résumé Dans le cadre de cette recherche, nous avons étudié les comportements de scripteurs universitaires lors d’une situation de production écrite. Pour ce faire, nous avons tenté une approche comparative afin d’observer si l’utilisation du brouillon comme outil d’aide à la rédaction évolue entre le début et la fin de la formation universitaire. Nous avons donc mis en place un protocole expérimental dans le but de vérifier l’hypothèse selon laquelle les brouilloneurs algériens s’inscrivent dans un mode de gestion écrite linéaire, ceci étant en rapport avec les représentations qu’ils se construisent de l’écriture. Les résultats montrent une utilisation linéaire du brouillon chez la majorité des participants des deux groupes approchés. Cependant, une structure écrite différente s’est manifestée chez certains étudiants de master 2. En effet, dans le passage au texte final, nous avons pu relever un ensemble de traces observables qui attestent d’un début d’instrumentalisation du brouillon. Ajout et reformulation syntaxique constituent à cet effet les caractéristiques d’un brouillon fonctionnel. Abstract In this research, we studied the behaviors of university writers during a writing production situation. To do this, we tried a comparative approach in order to observe whether the use of the draft as a writing aid tool changes between the beginning and the end of university training. To this end, we set up an experimental protocol in order to verify the hypothesis according to which Algerian scramblers subscribe to a linear written management mode, this being in relation to the representations they construct of writing. The results show a linear use of the draft in the majority of participants in the two groups approached. However, a different written structure manifested itself in some master 2 students. Indeed, in the passage to the final text, we were able to identify a set of observable traces which attest to the beginning of the instrumentalisation of the draft. Addition and syntactic reformulation constitute the characteristics of a functional draft for this purpose.
