معالمُ الفهم المقاصديّ للسُّنَّة النبويَّة عند الصَّحابة رضي الله عنهم.

الملخص
اِختارت هذه الورقةُ أن تؤمَّ في مجرى ابتحاثها استبانةَ معالمِ الفهم المقاصديّ للسُّنَّة النبويَّة عند الصَّحابة رضي اللهُ عنهم؛ لما لهذا الجيل من خصائص استبدَّ بها دون سائر الأمَّة، وذلك من خلال التَّحليقِ في آفاقِ أنظارهم في البيان النَّبويِّ، واِلتحابِ سَنَنِهم في فهمه وتنزيله، ومَرجُوُّها إثباتُ أصالةِ الفهم المصلحيِّ للنصِّ النَّبوي في التُّراث الإسلامي، وصحَّةِ انتسابِه إلى الرَّعيل الأول، إلى مَن زُكِّيَ فَهْمُه وشُهِد له بالخيريَّة، زيِّدًا على إبرازِ أهميَّة هذا الفهم، وسَبرِ بواعثه، وضبطِ أحيازه، وإنهاجِ مَسالِكه ومعالمه. وقد اِرتأى الباحث أن يسوقَ الأمثلة والقضايا، مسدِّدًا إليها سهامَ الفحص والتَّحليل، ليستخرجَ ما انطوت عليه من معالم في الفهم المصلحي عند صحابة رسول الله صلَّى الله عليه وسلم، مذيِّلًا كلَّ مسألة بما عساه يكون تطبيقًا في واقعنا المعاصر، وحلًّا لبعض مشكلاته. Abstract: This scientific paper is designed to investigate the features of purpose-oriented understanding of Sunnah, according to the Prophet’s companions. This work wouldn’t be accomplished without looking in depth and investigating this generation’s interpretation of Sunnah, and following their path toward that, all based on their unique characteristics that nobody else has. Moreover, this paper aims to prove the authenticity of this understanding in the Islamic heritage, and promote the awareness of how important this kind of understanding, mastering its fields, and explaining its paths. Within this context, the researcher is willingly considering providing the examples and cases to be analyzed in order to extract those properties of understanding that the companions of the prophet Muhammad peace be upon him had adopted and see the extent of their interpretation on these cases. Yet, the researcher followed up every case or issue with an implementation of this understanding that may solve some of our contemporary reality’s problems.
