ثنائية: الحداثة-التقليد مقاربة لفهم الحداثة التصنيعية عند "عمال ألزانك"

الملخص
ملخص: شغلت إشكالية الحداثة ولا زالت تشغل كل الباحثين في السوسيولوجيا، وبالتحديد مفهوم ثنائية الحداثة والتقليد في تفسير مسار التطور الصناعي والاقتصادي والثقافي في الجزائر. سبقنا في هذا مؤسس من مؤسسي سوسيولوجيا العمل في الجزائر، السوسيولوجي جمال قريد، في حين أتناولها من وجهة نظري الانتروبولوجية من خلال التساؤل التالي: كيف نفهم الحداثة التصنيعية في الجزائر؟ هل من وجهة نظر العصرنة والعقلانية أم من وجهة نظر التطور والثقافة؟ هذا الجدل القائم في إشكالية الحداثة بمفهومها الصناعي الاقتصادي في الجزائر يفرض علينا كباحثين استعمال المناهج والتقنيات الحديثة لفهم الواقع كما يصرح به الفاعلون الذين عايشوه، وأقصد هنا بالتحديد العمال بكل فئاتهم وكذلك الإطارات الذين تم تكليفهم بتطبيقها. فكيف طبقت فكرة الحداثة في الميدان وكيف عايشها العمال داخل المصانع، أي كيف عايش عمال ألزانك هذا المشروع في ورشاتهم بعيدا عن إيديولوجية القرار السياسي. Summary: The problem of modernity has occupied and continues to preoccupy all sociologists, in particular the concept of dualism: “modernity and tradition” in interpreting the course of industrial, economic and cultural development in Algeria. This is preceded by one of the founders of sociology of work in Algeria, sociologist Jamal Guerid. This controversy in the problem of modernity in its industrial and economic concept in Algeria forces us as researchers to use modern methods and techniques to understand the reality as declared by the actors who experienced it. While I deal with it from my perspective of anthropology through the following question: How do we understand the modernity of manufacturing in Algeria? Is it from the standpoint of modernity and rationality or from the point of view of evolution and culture? I mean here specifically the workers in all their categories as well as the frames they were assigned to implement. How was the idea of modernity applied in the field and how workers lived in the factories, how the workers of Alzinc lived this project in their workshops away from the ideology of political decision?
