الملخص
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم و الصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين وسيد العالمين المبعوث رحمة للعالمين . وبعد : بما أن العلم والإحاطة بشرع الله من أجل العلوم و أزكاها قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : ( من يرد الله به خيرا يفقهه في الدين ) ، بل قد يصبح في بعض الحالات فرض عين لما تستوجبه بعض الضرورات , وبما أن المجتمعات أصبحت مادية بحثه ، لا تضبطها أخلاق أو قيم، إلا من رحم ربي فان توعية الناس بما شرع لهم ربهم من معاملات مباركات هو من أولى مجالات البحث فوددت أن أقدم للقارئ الكريم نوعين من أنواع البدائل المعاملاتية المشروعة والمباركة من رب العزة والجلال وتسليط الضوء عليها وشرح بعض جوانبها عسى أن ينفع بها ريبي و تكون خيارا مشروعا لرواد عالم المال والأعمال أو حتى للمتعاملين مع النظام المصرفي بشتى أنواعه ، و أيضا لتسليط الضوء على المصطلحات التي تم استبدالها بأخرى منمقة ذات مدلولات مرضية، لا تتنافى مع مرجعية المسلم، لجعل المسلمين يبتعدون عن شريعتهم و الله من وراء القصد. It has suspicion and is a legitimate option for the pioneers of the world of finance and business, or even for those dealing with the banking system of all kinds, And also to shed light on the terms that have been replaced by stylized ones with satisfactory connotations, which do not contradict the authority of the Muslim, to make Muslims deviate from their Sharia and God is behind the intention.
