أين يقف الطفل العربي ثقافيا اليوم؟ الواقع و التحديات

الملخص
الملخّص: تقف ثقافة الطفل العربي في زمن التحديات و المتغيرات و المنعطفات التكنولوجية و انفجار المعلومات و ثورة الاتصالات خلف العديد من الظواهر الإشكالية ذات الصلة بالمفاهيم المتعلقة بالطفولة العربية ، بالطّفل العربي بالتربية و التعليم و التنشئة و الإتصال و الفن و الأدب و الإبداع و المستقبل ... عصر " العولمة " يستدعي الإجابة عن سؤال إشكالي يقول : أين يقف الطفل العربي ثقافيا اليوم ؟ تتناول هاته الورقة جملة من التصورات التي تدور حول واقع ثقافة الطفل العربي القابع تحت مظلة ما يسمى " بالمأزق الثقافي " و تقدّم أفكارا حول خطورة هذا الوضع و طرائق مواجهته عبر آلية التوفيق بين ما يعرف عند الخبراء و المختصين بالدراسات الأنثروبولوجية بتقنية المحافظة على الجذور و صناعة الأجنحة و بالتالي صياغة أجوبة تتماشى و أولويات قيم المجتمع العربي الإسلامي باعتبار الطفولة هي المستقبل . إنّ الحديث عن ثقافة الطّفل العربي و أدبه و رعايته في عصر العولمة، حديث عن الخيارات الكبرى للأمّة و مناقشة المسألة الثقافية في بعدها العام و بعدها الخاص بالأطفال، قراءة نقدية أولى لواقع ثقافي سائد عليه أن يتغيّر عبر التخطيط لثقافة المستقبل أي ثقافة الطّفل العربي من خلال عمل"" (فردي جماعي مؤسساتي) بمعنى آخر توليد صيغ جديدة لمشروع ثقافي يراعي التجديد و الإبداع الثقافي و يحترم خصائص المنظومة الثقافية العربية و عناصرها و يحمل معه شعار: " معا نحو طفولة عربية سعيدة !" . Abstract: The Arab child culture in the era technological challenges, changes and truns, information explosion and communication revolution stand behind several problematic phenomena related to the concepts that concerns the Arab childhood, the Arab child, education, teaching, raising, communicating, arts and literature, creativity and future. The globalization requires to respond to problematic question which is: where the Arab child stands culturally to?, this paper treats many concepts that deal with the reality of the Arab child culture standing behind what is called "the cultural impasse "as it provides ideas about the danger of this situation and the means to face it through the mechanism of reconcile between what is known for experts and specialists of anthropological studies technique of preserving the roots and producing wings, therefore formulating answers that the Islamic Arab society values priorities, sing childhood is the future . Talking about the Arab child culture and education and taking care of him in the globalization is a discussion about the big choices of nation and debatingthe issues in their general and private dimension that concern children through a first critical reading of prevalent culture reality. It must change throughout planning to the future culture, Arab child culture via work axes " individual, institutional, collective " in other words create new formulas for a cultural project that takes into account innovation and cultural creativity and respect the characteristics of the Arab cultural system to which it carries slong of : "Together towards a happy Arab childhood ".
