الملخص
يعد التدخل الإنساني صورة من صور التدخل في ظل الممارسات الدولية للحفاظ على العلاقات الدولية على المستوى الدولي لصيانة حقوق الإنسان وحرياته الأساسية ، بالرغم من ذلك يبقى التدخل الإنساني من المواضيع التي أثير الجدل بشأنها على الساحة الدولية، لاسيما بعدما أصبح هذا الأخير يستخدم لتبرير فرض الجزاءات الدولية الشرعية منها وغير الشرعية عن طريق التدخل العسكري لضمان تطبيق العقوبات الإقتصادية وهو ما تلجأ إليه الدول الكبرى بذريعة الأسباب الإنسانية أو فرض جزاءات بقرار صادر من مجلس الأمن لأسباب إنسانية. Humanitarian intervention is a form of intervention under international practices to maintain international relations at the international level and to safegard human rights and fundamental freedoms ,nevertheless the intervention remains ,one of the most debatable issues on the international scene especially after being used to justify the imposition of legitimate and illegitimate international sanctios through military intervention to ensure the application of economic sanctions; this intervention is what great powers resort to under humanitarian reasons or to impose sanctions by a resolution passed by the security council for humanitarian reasons.
