الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على معرفة دور أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية في بناء و توطيد العلاقات الاجتماعية بين التلاميذ في المرحلة الثانوية و لهذا الغرض استخدمنا منهج الوصفي على عينة متكونة من 160 تلميذ و تلميذة، و كان حجم العينة المأخوذة 25 % أي ما يعادل 40 تلميذ ثم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائي، طبقنا استمارة الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة الميدانية و استخدم للمعالجة الإحصائية النسبة المئوية و اختبار( كا²) بعد جمع النتائج و معالجتها إحصائيا تم التوصل إلى أن أستاذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية يلعب دورا مهما في بناء علاقات اجتماعية بين التلاميذ و هذا من خلال تنمية و توفير الجو الملائم التحقق التعاون و الانسجام و الاتصال بين التلاميذ و كذا الاهتمام بتنمية العلاقات البيداغوجية وعليه أوصينا بضرورة وضع أساليب و مناهج علمية لتحسين العلاقات الاجتماعية بين التلاميذ. The study aims to identify the role of a professor of physical education and sports in building and consolidating social relations between students in the secondary stage. For this purpose, we used the descriptive approach on a sample of 160 male and female students, and the size of the sample taken was 25%, which is equivalent to 40 students Then choose them randomly. We applied the questionnaire form as a tool for the field study and used for statistical treatment the percentage and the (k²) test After collecting the results and treating them statistically, it was concluded that the professor of physical education and sports plays an important role in building social relations between students, and this is through the development and provision of an appropriate atmosphere to achieve cooperation, harmony and communication between students, as well as interest in developing educational relations, and therefore we recommended the necessity Establish scientific methods and approaches to improve social relations among students.
