البيئة الآمنة وحماية الإنسان في الفكر الإسلامي

الملخص
يتطرق هذا المقال إلى موقف الفكر الإسلامي من طبيعة العلاقة القائمة بين الإنسان والبيئة، وحرصه على تحقيق البيئة الملائمة لحياة إنسانية بعيدة عن المخاطر التي تترصد الإنسان، انطلاقا من رؤية هذا الفكر لهدف الوجود الإنساني ومصدره وغايته، ورؤيته لطبيعة دوره في الكون وطبيعة مسؤولياته تجاه ما يحيط به . من هنا، يسعى هذا المقال إلى فهم مكانة الإنسان في الفكر الإسلامي وسبيل حمايته ضمن تلك البيئة الآمنة . ويسعى كذلك لتوضيح أن الفكر الإسلامي إذ يعالج قضايا جزئية فإنما ينطلق من مقاصد كلية وقواعد عامة عمادها المصلحة البشرية، فيشرّع أحكاما لقضايا جزئية عملية بناء على أدلة تفصيلية، مع تميز شديد بالمرونة ومراعاة مصالح الناس، إذ إن المنطلق في ذلك هو مكانة الإنسان في الفكر الإسلامي، من جهة، واقتضاء تلك المكانة لنواحي الحفظ والرعاية، من جهة أخرى، فلا يمكن للإنسان العيش ضمن بيئة ملؤها المخاطر، وإنما سبيل حفظ مصالحه يمر عبر تحقيق بيئة آمنة لا تعود على الإنسان بالأذى والفناء. من هنا كان الفكر الإسلامي حريصا على هداية الإنسان وإرشاده إلى كيفية استغلال عناصر البيئة التي هي نعم منّ الله بها على الإنسان. Abstract: This article deals with the position of Islamic thought on the nature of the relationship between man and the environment, and its keenness to achieve the appropriate environment for a human life away from the dangers that lie within man, based on this thought's vision of the goal of human existence, its source and purpose, and its vision of the nature of its role in the universe and the nature of its responsibilities towards what surrounds with it, From here, this article seeks to understand the position of the human being in Islamic thought and the way to protect it within that safe environment. It also seeks to clarify that Islamic thought, when it deals with partial issues, is based on holistic purposes and general rules based on the human interest, so it legislates judgments for practical partial issues based on detailed evidence, with great distinction of flexibility and taking into account the interests of people, as the starting point for this is the position of man in Islamic thought. On the one hand, and requiring that status for aspects of conservation and care, on the other hand, a person cannot live in an environment full of dangers. Rather, the path to preserving his interests passes through the achievement of a safe environment that does not accrue to the human being of harm and annihilation. Hence, Islamic thought was keen on guiding man and guiding him on how to exploit the elements of the environment that are blessed by God on man.
