الملخص
ملخض تهدف هذه الدراسة لإبراز دور الجامعات الجزائرية في دعم ومرافقة المشاريع الإبداعية وذلك من خلال تشكيل حاضنات تكنولوجية تعمل على اكتشاف الأفكار الابتكارية داخل الوسط الجامعي واستغلال الطاقات الفكرية لدى الطلاب المبدعين، وقد قامت كل من جامعتي المسيلة وبومرداس بإنشاء حاضنات تكنولوجية بالشراكة مع الوكالة الوطنية لتقييم نتائج البحوث والتطوير التكنولوجي. Abstract This work illustrates the role of the algerian universities in supporting and accompanying innovative start-ups. These universities are resolutely committed through their efforts in creating and maintaining technological incubators at the service of their creative students. In so doing, they create the necessary context for the exploration of intellectual energies to lead to the emergence of technological start-ups. The universities of M’Sila and Boumerdes have created technological incubators in partnership with the national agency for the valorization of research and technological development results. Résumé Ce travail montre le rôle des universités algériennes dans le soutien et l’accompagnement des start-up innovantes à travers la création de pépinières technologiques qui explorent les idées créatives et innovantes dans nos universités à travers l’exploitation et la valorisation des énergies intellectuelles et créatives de nos étudiants. A ce titre, les universités de M’Sila et Boumerdes ont créé des pépinières technologiques en partenariat avec l’agence nationale de valorisation des résultats de la recherche et du développement technologique.
