الملخص
الملخص: كان للجمعيات باعتبارها إحدى تنظيمات المجتمع المدني مساهمة فعالة في مجابهة جائحة كورونا (كوفييدــ 19)، وهو ما نجم عنه تأثير كبير في مجال القانون، وهو ما أقره المشرع الجزائري في التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020. نهدف من وراء هذا المقال الى تبيان الإطار القانوني لهذه المساهمة وتبيان مدى التأثير وكذا استشراف الوضع القانوني للجمعيات مستقبلا، بما يضمن لها الفعالية أكثر في ممارسة نشاطا تها في مختلف الميادين باعتبارالمجتمع المدني أحد أوجه قوة الدولة في العصر الحديث والذي تلجأ اليه خاصة في مجابهة الأزمات التي تعترضها في مختلف الميادين. Abstract: The associations, as one of the civil society organizations, had an effective contribution to the fight against the Corona pandemic (Covid 19), which had a significant impact in the field of law, which was approved by the Algerian legislator in the constitutional amendment of 2020.
