الملخص
الملخص: انتشر وباء كورونا في كل ارجاء العالم حيث خلف العديد من الضحايا، كما أثر سلبا على صحة الانسان والبيئة. وبالرغم من اعتبار آثاره الآنية إيجابية الى حد ما في البيئة وعناصرها إلا ان الواقع المرتقب سيبرز لنا مجموعة من الآثار السلبية التي أضرت بالبيئة وساهمت في انتشار تلوث من نوع خاص وهو التلوث بالمعدات الطبية والبلاستيكية، بالإضافة الى التهديدات المستقبلية التي ستواجه العالم عند العودة الى الحياة الاقتصادية وما سينتج عنها من تلوث هوائي وتغييرات مناخية ذات شدة أكثر. كما ان الوباء ساهم في التأثير سلبا على السياسات البيئية وذلك من خلال ملاحظة التأخر الذي حصل في عقد مؤتمرات التغيرات المناخية والتنوع البيولوجي وكذا في تنفيذ الالتزامات البيئية التي تتحملها الدول. كوفيد 19 لم يكن ورقة رابحة للبيئة سواء اثناء انتشاره او بعد القضاء عليه. Abstract: The global spread of the virus has overwhelmed health systems, and caused widespread social and economic disruption. leaving many victims and affecting human health and the environment .Although the Covid crisis having a positive impact on some key environmental issues. However, the prospective reality will show us a set of negative effects that harm the environment and contributed to the spread of pollution from a special type and is the contamination of medical equipment and plastic, in addition to the future threats that will face the world. Upon returning to economic life, and the resulting air pollution and changes Climatic with more severity. The epidemic has contributed to a negative impact on environmental policy and through observation delays that occurred in conferences climate change and biodiversity and as well as in the implementation of environmental obligations assumed by States . The evidence of the Covid -19 has the trump card in the world and has an impact on the environment, either during its spread or after its elimination.
