الملخص
ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ، أو ذوي الهمم العالية وحتى القدرات الخاصة ، جزء لا يتجزأ من نسيج المجتمع الإنساني ، فئة تعرضت لإعاقة ما حدّت من ممارستها لنشاطها العادي كما أثبطت عزيمتها لسبب أو لآخر ، فئة تعاني في صمت منها ما جابه كل العوائق بقوة إرادة ومنها من استسلم للواقع المعيش ، ومهما تضاربت الآراء إزاء هته الفئة يظل الهدف واحد والأمل شاسع نحو أفق أكثر إشراقا لهم للمضيّ قدما ، إذا ما التقّت جميع الجهود نحو إدماجهم وإشراكهم في هذا المجتمع وعلى أكثر من صعيـد لا سيّما الفني منه . وإذا ما ربطنا تلكم الفئة بشقّ الفنون بمختلف أشكالها وأنواعها ، نلفي أنه ثمّة جهود موزعة هنا وهناك في سبيل إحتوائها أو السعي الحثيث نحو إدماجها فنيا لا سيّما في مجال المسرح ، وهذا تحقيقا للإبداع على مستوى فكر وذوق فئة ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة للتعبير عن كوامن ذواتهم ورفعهم للتحديات في ظلّ كل ما تعانيه تلكم الفئة من تهميش وإقصاء . وأهمّ تحدّ تواجهه فئة ذوي المهارات الخاصة هو كيفية إدماجها وإشراكها في الفعل الفنيّ والمسرحيّ على وجه الخصوص ، مع وضع اليد على مكامن قدراتهم مهما تباينت درجة إعاقتهم ، تحقيقا لممارسة فنية ومسرحية واعدة تحتفي بهم وبإبداعهم . وإلى غاية سنة 2020 لم يتمّ إحصاء العدد الحقيقي لفئة ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة بالجزائر ، لكن ثمّة جهود محمودة من طرف جهات مهتمّة كانت ولا تزال تولي الإهتمام بهته الفئة وتعمل على إدماجها فنيا والعمل على إستثمار قدراتها في مجال أبي الفنون . ولعل الأسئلة التي تفرض نفسها بقوة على أرض الواقع تكمن في : كيف سعى الفن المسرحي بالجزائر نحو احتواء هته الشريحة من ذوي الهمم العالية ؟ وما هي الآليات والتدابير التي أخذها الممارسون وأهل الميدان لإدماج ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة فنيا ومسرحيا ؟ وهل فعلا ستتمكن هته الفئة مستقبلا من تحقيق ذاتها وإثبات وجودها فنيا ؟ People with special needs, or those of high determination and even special abilities, are an integral part of the fabric of human society, a group that has been subjected to obstruction that limited its practice of its normal activity and discouraged for one reason or another. Regarding the living reality, regardless of the conflicting opinions about this group, the goal remains one and the hope is vast towards a brighter horizon for them to move forward, if all efforts converge towards their integration and participation in this society on more than one level, especially the artistic one. If we link this category to the division of arts of various forms and types, we would like to point out that there are efforts distributed here and there in order to contain them or strive towards their artistic integration, especially in the field of theater, and this is to achieve creativity at the level of thought and taste of the group of people with special needs to express their potentials and raise their challenges In light of all the marginalization and exclusion that this group suffers. The most important challenge facing the group of people with special skills is how to integrate them and involve them in artistic and theatrical action in particular, while placing a hand on their potentials regardless of the degree of their disability, in order to achieve a promising artistic and theatrical practice that celebrates them and their creativity. Until the year 2020, the real number of people with special needs in Algeria was not counted, but there are commendable efforts on the part of interested parties that were and are still paying attention to this category and are working to integrate them technically and work to invest their capabilities in the field of the father of arts. Perhaps the questions that impose themselves strongly on the ground lie in: How did theatrical art in Algeria seek to contain this group of people of high determination? What are the mechanisms and measures taken by practitioners and people of the field to integrate people with special needs artistically and theatrically? Will this category really be able in the future to realize itself and prove its existence artistically?
