الملخص
This study reached several results, the whole of which was how Mohamed Boudiaf University managed the Messila for its electronic reputation among the elite university, and this is through the contents published by the university institution continuously aiming to create a communication link between them and builds its students and professors, and we relied to reach these results on the survey method and the content analysis tool in addition to measure the university's electronic reputation by using the electronic form, as the most important result of which we reached for it is that this digital university has a strategy for managing its reputation electronically by monitoring all topics published about it and republishing it repeatedly and private Those that address the issue of digitalization of its actions and activities that aim mainly to make it a citizen institution and it has been able to establish its values among students especially, and this has earned them a positive electronic reputation for them توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج تمثلت مجملها في كيفية إدارة جامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة لسمعتها الإلكترونية في أوساط النخبة الجامعية وهذا عبر مضامين تنشرها المؤسسة الجامعية باستمرار تهدف من خلالها خلق حلقة تواصل بينها ويبن طلابها وأساتذتها ,واعتمدنا للوصول إلى هذه النتائج على المنهج المسحي وأداة تحليل المضمون بالإضافة إلى قياس السمعة الالكترونية للجامعة باستخدام الاستمارة الإلكترونية ، وكأهم نتيجة توصلنا لها أن هذه الجامعة الرقمية تمتلك إستراتيجية لإدارة سمعتها إلكترونيا وذلك بمراقبة كل ما ينشر عنها من مواضيع وإعادة نشرها بصفة متكررة وخاصة تلك التي تتطرق موضوع رقمية أعمالها وأنشطتها التي تهدف أساسا لجعلها مؤسسة مواطنة كما استطاعت أن ترسخ من قيمها في أوساط الطلبة خاصة وهذا ما أكسبها سمعة إلكترونية إيجابية لديهم.
