الملخص

The study aimed to highlight the role of Bank of Algeria in establishing the principles of governance within the banking system by modernizing the supervision and control functions after the crisis of private banks, as well as trying to cope with international changes through the issuance of laws and regulations adapted to international standards in the field of prudential regulation and the application of the principles of governance and support supervision and supervision functions. هدفت الدراسة لإبراز دور بنك الجزائر في إرساء مبادئ الحوكمة داخل النظام البنكي من خلال عصرنة مهام الإشراف والرقابة بعد أزمة البنوك الخاصة، وكذا محاولة مواكبة التغيرات الدولية من خلال إصدار قوانين وتنظيمات تتكيف والمعايير الدولية في مجال التنظيمات الاحترازية وتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة ودعم مهام الرقابة والإشراف.
