الملخص

Algeria, andother countries ArabicIslamic and evenEuropean countries, has a rich cultural and heritagewhosehuman value isdeep in history and extends to successive civilizationsfromPhoenician, Byzantine, Roman, Amazigh and finallyIslamic. It has arich cultural heritagebecauseitcontains an architectural texture and a cultural heritagesteeped in the historythatworks to preserve the collective memory and enhances the national identity. This made it one of the touristpoleswith distinction because of its tangible and intangible heritage and cultural diversity of heritage components and cultural expressions in which customs and traditions overlapwith the characteristics and elements of cultural identity. It isrich in manyeconomic, social and scientific establishments that are the mainstay of cultural and tourismactivity. This has enabledit to beprimarily a tourist destination and a key factor in the success of cultural and heritagetourism.
