عوامل التخلق الحضاري وأسباب الانهيار عند المسلمين

الملخص
إنّ التحضر ليس وضعا مجبولا في فطرة الإنسان، وإنما هو وضع كسبي يستحدثه الإنسان وفق عوامل ذاتية وموضوعية تُفضي إليه. وبما أن الحضارة هي أعظم إنجاز بشري، كان لا بد من معالجة مشاكل الحضارة عند المسلمين وسنن وجودها وحركتها وتطورها، فهناك علل حضارية حقيقية تقف وراء الخمود الحضاري الإسلامي، إضافة إلى التجارب الفاشلة المستورَدة؛ تلك التي أُودت بالأمة وأدت بها إلى مزيد من الانتكاسات المريرة وخيبات الأمل وفقدان الثقة في أي اجتهادات قادمة في مجال دراسات الحضارات. وتحاول هذه الدراسة البحث عن حلول لتلك المشكلات الحضارية بتبنّي بعض آراء مفكري الحضارة؛ فالأزمة الحضارية الإسلامية لا تُجلّي حقيقة مشكلاتها الحضارية التي أدت لانهيارها الحضاري؛ فإشكالياتها الحقيقية خفيّة تتبعثر بين علل مجتمعية، وعلل نفسية، وأخرى سياسية، ولا بد من صياغة قانون للتخلّق الحضاري؛ لتحقيق تقدم غير مشروط ينفي كل تلك العوامل الداعمة لانهيار الحضارة الإسلامية وملابسات انحطاطها، وعلى هذا الأساس فإنّ الدّارس لعوامل قيام وسقوط الأمم والحضارات، يلحظ أنّها تكمن في صميم الموقف البشري نفسه لا في الطبيعة أو العلاقات المادية، إنما في إطار الإرادة الإنسانية؛ لأداء دوره الحضاري فيها، ومن ثَم فإنّ أسباب تحضر المجتمع وأسباب تأخره وانحطاطه تعود للإنسان نفسه. Summary of Research Urbanization is not spontaneous situation in the human instinct, but it is a situation that the person acquires according to subjective and objective factors that lead to it. Since civilization is the greatest human achievement, it required to address the problems of civilization for Muslims, its existence laws, its movement and its development. There are real civilized reasons stands behind the Islamic civilization inertia; in addition to the failed experience imported, those that led to more painful setbacks, disappointments and loss of confidence in any future jurisprudence in the field of studies of civilizations. This study tries, consisting of these little papers, to find solutions to these civilizational problems through adopting some views of the civilizational thinkers. The Islamic civilizational crisis does not reflect the fact of its civilizational problems that led to its civilizational collapse; its real problems are hidden among social, psychological and political ones and a law of civilizational creation must be drafted; to achieve unconditional progress, neglecting all those factors supporting the Islamic civilization collapse and the circumstances of its decline. On this basis, the researcher for factors of rise and fall of nations and civilizations notes that they depends on the human positions itself, not in nature or material relations, but in the framework of the human will; to perform its civilized role on it, because reasons of civilization the society or reasons its delay and degradation depends on the person himself.
