امكانية تطبيق المبادئ الحديثة للحوكمة المصرفية داخل البنوك الجزائرية -دراسة تحليلية تقييمية لعينة من البنوك الجزائرية-

الملخص
تعاني بعض دول العالم اليوم الكثير من المشاكل الاقتصادية والمالية ،ومن أهم هذه المشاكل التسيير اللاعقلاني لمؤسساتها المالية والمصرفية، هذا ما جعل اللجوء إلى البحث عن أسلوب أو نظام تسييري محكم ورشيد أمرا لا مفر منه ،شرط أن يكون هذا النظام مضبوط بمحددات ومبادئ ومعايير دولية معترف بها ،ويعرف هذا النظام بالحوكمة البنكية ،وفي هذا السياق يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز أهم الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة لإرساء المبادئ الحديثة للحوكمة داخل البنوك الجزائرية ،حيث تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في معالجة المعطيات التي تم جمعها من خلال أداة الإستبيان المستخدمة في الدراسة الميدانية ،وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن التطبيق الجيد لهذه المبادئ لم يرقى للمستوى المطلوب رغم هذه الجهود المبذولة. Some of the countries of the world today suffer from many economic and financial problems. The most important of these problems is the irrational management of their financial and banking institutions. This makes recourse to the search for a rational system or system unavoidable, provided that this system is regulated by recognized international norms, In this context, the aim of this article is to highlight the most important efforts exerted by the State to establish the modern principles of governance within the Algerian banks. The study concluded that the good application of these principles did not meet the required level despite these efforts. Certains des pays du monde souffrent aujourd'hui de nombreux problèmes économiques et financiers. Le plus important de ces problèmes est la gestion irrationnelle de leurs institutions financières et bancaires. Cela rend inévitable le recours à la recherche d'un système rationnel, à condition que ce système soit régi par des normes internationales reconnues. Dans ce contexte, le présent article a pour but de mettre en lumière les efforts les plus importants déployés par l'État pour établir les principes modernes de gouvernance au sein des banques algériennes. L'étude a conclu que la bonne application de ces principes ne répondait pas au niveau requis malgré ces efforts
