مرحلة التعليم الثانوي بين الواقع والطموح

الملخص
Abstract: Secondary education is the most important step in learners' lives, because this is the phase that separates the system of education, on the one hand and higher education and the world of labor, in the other hand; not to mention that this three-year phase is the stage of adolescence, which extends from the end of middle school stage and ends at the entrance to higher education, it is a phase which covers a critical period of young people's lives and changes (accompanying them) in their concomitant psychological and social construction ...; the secondary education stage so prominently requires a careful look since it is considered a crucial step, especially with the high rate of dropouts and repetitions and the inability of many of them to go to university or employment. So there exists a big gap between reality and ambition; so one must take into account the characteristics of this stage in order to provide a high quality learning environment to achieve the ambitions of learners and society (as in the rest of the world's education systems) and meet the different needs and solve problems related to the learners, teachers and curricula that cause the isolation of secondary education from what is happening in higher education. ملخص: تعد مرحلة التعليم الثانوي أهم مرحلة في حياة المتعلمين لأنها المرحلة التي تفصل منظومة التربية من جهة و التعليم العالي وعالم الشغل من جهة أخرى، دون أن ننسى أن هذه المرحلة التي مدتها ثلاث سنوات تقابلها مرحلة المراهقة التي تمتد من انتهاء المرحلة المتوسطة وتنتهي عند الدخول للتعليم العالي، وهي مرحلة تغطي فترة حرجة من حياة الشباب وما يصاحب ذلك من تغيرات في البناء النفسي والاجتماعي…؛ لذا تحتاج مرحلة التعليم الثانوي إلى نظرة متأنية، خاصة مع ارتفاع نسبة المتسربين و المعيدين و عجز الكثيرين منهم عن الالتحاق بالجامعة أو الالتحاق بمهنة من المهن، فالواقع والطموح بينهما فجوة كبيرة، وهو ما يستدعي مراعاة خصائص هذه المرحلة حتى نتمكن مثل بقية الأنظمة التربوية العالمية من توفير بيئة تعليمية راقية تحقق طموحات متعلمينا ومجتمعنا، وذلك من خلال تلبية حاجاتها من جميع النواحي وعلاج مشكلاتها المتعلقة بالمتعلمين و المعلمين و بالمناهج التعليمية التي تسببت في عزل التعليم الثانوي عن ما يدور في التعليم العالي. Résumé : L'enseignement secondaire est l'étape la plus importante dans la vie des apprenants, car elle sépare le système éducatif d’une part, et l'enseignement supérieur et le monde de travail, d'autre part ; sans oublier que cette phase de trois ans correspond au stade de l'adolescence, qui s’étend de la fin de l'étape de l’enseignement moyen et se termine par l'entrée dans l'enseignement supérieur. C’est une phase qui couvre une période critique de la vie des jeunes et les changements concomitants avec leur construction psychologique et sociale ...; l’étape de l'enseignement secondaire occupe donc une place importante qui nécessite un regard attentif puisqu’elle est considérée comme une étape cruciale, vu notamment le taux élevé d'abandons et de redoublements et l'incapacité de beaucoup d'entre eux d'accéder à l'université ou à un emploi. Donc, entre la réalité et l'ambition il y a un grand écart et pour cela on doit tenir compte des caractéristiques de cette étape afin d’assurer un environnement d'apprentissage haut de gamme pour satisfaire les ambitions des apprenants et de notre société comme dans le reste des systèmes éducatifs mondiaux afin de répondre aux différents besoins et résoudre les problèmes liés aux apprenants, aux enseignants et aux curricula qui ont causés l'isolement de l'enseignement secondaire de ce qui se passe dans l'enseignement supérieur,.
