التعدّد اللّساني الناجح رافد إيجابي للتّنمية

الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذا البحث دراسة ظاهرة التعدد اللغوي وإيجابياته التي يمكن استثمارها في تحقيق التنمية البشرية، وذلك من خلال تبني تعددا لغويا ناجحا، ينطلق من فكرة اعتبار التعدد اللغوي ضرورة اجتماعية تفتح آفاقا اجتماعية ثقافية واقتصادية بين التجمعات اللغوية. كما أنّه يتجسّد من خلال الانفتاح اللّغوي المتبصّر على ألسنة الغير، وذلك بتدبير الشأن اللغوي والابتعاد عن التّعدد اللساني المنبوذ، والبناء على لغة جامعة، وهو ما تبنته بعض الدول التي عرفت التعدد اللغوي والتي سنقف عند نماذج منها. A successful multilinguism as a polar development Abstract: In this research, we attempt to study the phenomenon of multilingualism and its advantages that can be invested in achieving human development through the adoption of a successful multilingualism, based on the idea of multilingualism as a social necessity that opens up socio-cultural and economic pespectives between linguistic communities. As it is manifested through the linguistic openness perceived on the tongues of others, by the management of the linguistic issue and stay away from the negative multilingualism, and building on the a uniform language, which is adopted by some countries that knew the multilingualism, which we will stand in models of them
